The history of the takeaway revolution.

Based on a recent survey commissioned by Pro Carton, the European Association representing paper and cardboard producers, as many as 96% of people would like take-away packaging not only to sustainable but also easy to recycle. 56% of Italians also say they clean and recycle takeaway packaging, when possible, and 54% are also willing to pay a higher price for a recyclable product.

“IceGreenBox” was developed against this background. This new isothermal container is made entirely of compostable cardboard, which is becoming increasingly popular in ice cream venues. It was developed and patented after three long years of research thanks to the impressive experience of the team under Massimo Corsini, alongside astonishing, all-round knowledge of cardboard. Every aspect of the product was studied down to the smallest detail, from the folds to the lid, to ensure closure of the container that maintains an ideal thermal barrier for takeaways, with retention time almost identical to the more classic takeaway thermoboxes.
